First-pressed AOVE from the 2024/2025 harvest, whose fruits, most of which are still in veraison, come from farms carefully selected by our technical staff. It is packaged without filtering, with a maximum acidity of 0.2º. Being a fruity, grass-green, aromatic oil, it ends with a slight spicy touch in the throat and an almond-like final aftertaste.
